Gretchen had her dental procedure today -- we have good and bad news. The procedure went well, but lasted longer because Dr. Lynk had to extract seven (7) teeth today due to severe abcesses/degeneration which will require a ten (10) day course of Antibiotics. She is now back at her foster home resting and our plan is to introduce soft foods this evening. Please forgive us, but due to the extractions the total cost of her bill is $239.00 -- we initially only raised $190.00 without knowing the extent of her diseased teeth/mouth. We are asking for an additional three (3) donors to generously contribute $15 each to make up the difference and have established another Chip-In button. Please see her vet bill for total charges. ~ the Amber House/Border Collie Rescue is looking to relocate back to S.E. Pennsylvania and within a 75 mile radius of Philadelphia. As part of our commitment to "Going Green" and finding sustainable ways to operate, we desire the following: 1. LAND (our greatest need), approx. 5-20 acres (mixed lot with flat/gently rolling land with partial trees), large outbuilding or barn in gently used condition that we can remodel, Horse fencing or durable split rail and an established water source either public or a drilled well in operable condition.
